Payment and Delivery
1) By Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
You can make a payment to any of our accounts (TL) at Akbank, Finasbank, Garanti Bank, T. İş Bank, and Yapı Kredi Bank.
2) Through our website with your credit cards
You can take advantage of our online single payment or online installment options specific to each bank with any of your credit cards. In your online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order. In case of possible order cancellations or stock issues, a refund will be made to your credit card within 3 business days.
3) Refund of Order Amount
In the event of cancellation of your orders for possible reasons, Dekor Akustik will refund the product price to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must provide your bank account information and/or credit card details correctly and completely to our company's finance officers.
4) Delivery
We strive to deliver the products you ordered to the cargo company on the same day. For products that take time to supply, the delivery time is generally 3 business days as specified in the product details. In case of a possible delivery delay, you will be informed.
To ensure smooth product delivery, please provide the address where you are located during the day as the delivery address.
Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you selected at the end of your order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be shipped via our contracted cargo company. After your orders are confirmed, they will be delivered to the cargo company at the end of the specified lead time.

5) Payment Tracking
If the system cannot complete the transaction due to any issue, our visitor is informed at the end of the payment page.
If there is any error in the specified address, the person who placed the order will be contacted regarding the undeliverable order.
The validity of the e-mail address provided by our visitor is confirmed with an automatic email sent after the order is transferred.
We are also responsible to the bank that provides the credit card system we use, as well as to the customer, regarding the completion of the delivery.
Please note!
Open and check the packages you think may have been damaged during shipment in the presence of the company official from whom you received the delivery. If you think the product is damaged, do not accept the product by having the cargo company prepare a report.
Once the product is received, it is considered that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.
If the product is damaged: Please send the report you prepared to us as soon as possible and notify the situation to [email protected].
If you complete these procedures, we will start working on your package and ensure that delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
